Rogers joined AMP Capital in 2011 from ipac securities, following its acquisition by AMP and is responsible for driving investment outcomes for the retail channel. Prior to his move to AMP Capital, he was CIO and head of the investment management team at ipac Securities – a role he held for five years. Rogers has extensive experience in investment management. Prior to joining ipac, he was head of investment at the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. His team managed more than $35 billion in assets on behalf of superannuation, insurance and endowment funds. Rogers managed the team for eight years. Prior to joining VFMC, he was head of quantitative analysis at Prudential Portfolio Managers Australia and before this, he performed a senior quantitative role at McIntosh Securities. Rogers has earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Melbourne and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and forums.
