Rob Prugue

Prugue has worked within financial services for 30-plus years, having started his career as a market regulator out of Washington DC in the 1980s AND migrating to Australia in the late 1980s as a European and quant/derivative analyst at AMP Investments. He then headed international equities at the former NSW State Superannuation Board, before moving to asset consultancy and finishing the last 15 years as the Asia-Pacific chief executive at Lazard Asset Management. Prugue founded People Reaching Out to People, for suicide awareness and education, back in 2015. He has earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Exeter in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland in the US.
